Nevertheless, the work of leadership involves, among other things, the ability to maintain coordinated the company to not only survive, but to keep ahead of the competition. You also have the challenge of making relationships, operations and transactions between different areas (commercial, operational, administrative, etc.) are efficient and fast.
Further, when the structure of your business grows, you must ensure that each leader is with a broad perspective of business and its goals, as well as the limitations and problems internally and externally with the company, so they can act appropriately in and function together to achieve the success that you and preview the foundation of your business.

This involves two important aspects, make sure you create and maintain a clear and attractive to your clients and distinguish you to them. In addition, your leadership role requires that the thrust to make sure your business is valid and working permanently for your customers. This allows you to maintain proper positioning of your business in the minds of potential buyers when they need the product or service you offer.
Planning and adaptation
From my perspective, planning is to anticipate the future instead of suffering. Leadership will reflect your ability to monitor and step ahead of your competition. Be aware of any change in the trend of needs, desires and habits of potential customers and will allow you to plan the appropriate adjustments, maintaining current thrust of your business, while your staff are kept in the line that sets.
